How I Can Help You Reach Your Health Goals
Blood Work Analysis
By reviewing your blood work, I am able to see a snapshot of what is going on in your body, which is ultimately a great starting part to any nutrition or health protocol. I will provide a comprehensive analysis of your labs and how your body systems are functioning. This can be done bi-annually or quarterly.
Customized Health Protocols
Your protocol will include nutrition, supplementation, and activity recommendations that are based off the results of your blood work, your medical history, and your health goals.
Meal Planning
I will create personalized meal plans for you that fit your dietary needs. I can do this on a weekly or monthly basis depending on what your needs and goals are. Your meal plan will include an entire day of eating, with attached menu and grocery list.
Supplementation Recommendations
I will provide a personalized supplementation list, if applicable, that is based off of your blood work results. Supplementation is never required unless recommended by your physician, but it can sometimes help bridge deficiency gaps that are not being sufficently fufilled with nutrition.
Office Hour Q & A
I will be available during office hours for any questions you may have regarding your health and nutrition protocols. You can reach me via email or phone.
Customized Work Out Plans
I will create a personalized, sustainable work out and activity plan for you that is tailored to your goals.
1:1 Grocery Shopping
I will go with you to your favorite grocery store and guide you toward “yes foods” and how to avoid “no foods”. I will teach you how to read ingredient labels and pick out marketing lies. Lastly, I will show you how to save money at the store, because eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive!
1:1 Cooking Class
You will learn how to cook healthy meals that taste good and are fun to make! This cooking class can also be meal prep focused. I can teach you how to save time and meal prep like a pro!
Education
I will provide unlimited education on any topics that are applicable to you relating to nutrition, exercise, and overall health and wellness.
Subscripton Based Plans vs. Ala Carte Plans
I offer both subscription based plans and pay as you go plans. Subscription based plans provide ongoing support and resources for a monthly fee, while the à la carte option allows clients to pay per service on an as-needed basis with flexibility in choosing only the services they require.
